Making getting dressed easy and foolproof every time is not a cakewalk and specially when you are packing for a weekend holiday to Colombo where you are a going as a Fashion consultant and stylist for an international beauty pageant.

With fresh runway fashion bomabrding us with new trends every season, it might make a lot of us less enthused as to what to wear on a weekend getaway.

Colombo is humid and warm so I picked up this printed jumpsuit and chose to team it up with printed clutch by the designer Minku buttar.

I love solids too but I chose to wear this camouflage print in the hot Colombo for my styling and grooming sessions and somehow I’m loving the colour blue in every shade of it. It’s so fresh and a change for I don’t have many prints in my closet. It just sets in the holiday mood.

This season , there have been many a trends I have been obsessed with. The totes and bags I loved wearing were Velvet, faux leather, faux fur, and patches I was specially obsessed with the colour olive as you might have realised as I did more than two blogs on that colour.

Staying trendy and stylish might be on all the women’s hit list so I choose this beautiful clutch which is a graphic print done from the designer’s photography herself when she was Travelling in Europe. So this range of her clutches tell a story of their own and I love and relate very well with a thing which has some emotion or a story about it, it thence becomes a piece of art.
